Creamy Mushroom Sauce.

Creamy Mushroom Sauce.

For 2 persons.

Ingredients:


150 gram chestnut mushrooms.
1 small onion.
30 gram butter.
100 ml beefstock. (from 1/2 cube)
1 tbsp plain flower. (about 12 gram)
50 ml cream.
1 handfull chopped parsley.

Method:

Wipe and slice the mushroom.
Peel and finely dice the onion.
Heat a frying pan over a medium high fire and add the butter.
Sweat down the onions for about 3 minutes untill translucent and soft.
Add the mushrooms to the pan and fry untill softened but still moist.
Stirr in the flower and cook it out in about 2 minutes.
Keep stiring adding the beefstock untill the sauce thickens.
Stirr in the cream and add the chopped parsley.
Season to taste with salt and freshley ground black pepper.
Don't put your mouth into motion, before your brain is in gear.
