Soup, who doesn't like it. Here are some delicious soups which are simple to make.

Creamy tomato soup with cream and schrimps.

Ingredients for 2 persons:


1 clove of garlic.
1 small onion.
15 grams butter.
1 tsp plain flour.
125 ml dry white wine.
200 grams chopped tomato.
1 vegetable stock cube.
100 ml cream.
3 tbsp cognac.
100 gram brown shrimps.

Method:

Peel and chop half the onion in a fine dice.
Peel and chop the garlic very fine.
Heat the butter in a deep pan on a medium heat.
Gently fry the onion and the garlic until soft, be carefull not to burn the garlic.
Add the flour and fry for a couple of minutes.
Add the wine to deglaze the pan, bringing it up to the boil.
Add the chopped tomato, 250 ml of water and the stock cube.
Bring back to the boil and gently simmer the soup for 15 minutes.
Beat the cream into stiff peaks and stirr in the cognac.
Puree the soup and heat again if necessary.
Add the shrimps just before serving to warm them through.
Serve the soup with a nice dollop of the cream.
Don't put your mouth into motion, before your brain is in gear.
