Soup, who doesn't like it. Here are some delicious soups which are simple to make.

Creamy onion soup.

Ingredients for 4 persons:


4 large sweet onions.
1 beef stock cube.
4 stalks basil.
8 rashers parma ham.
150 ml crème fraîche.
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Method:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.
Place the sweet onions on a with baking paper lined baking tray.
Bake the onions for 1 hour and 15 minutes in the oven.
Leave the onions to cool until you can handle them.
Cut of the roots from the onions and push out the soft onion from the skins.
Chop the onions coursely.
Put the onions in a pan, add 125 ml water and puree the onions with a stick blender.
Add another 500 ml of water together with the stock cube and bring to the boil.
Cover the pan and simmer the soup for another 5 minutes.
Wash the basil, shake dry and pick off the leaves.
Tear the parma ham in pieces.
Stir the crème fraîche in the soup and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Serve the soup on al plate and garnish with the ham and basil leaves.
Don't put your mouth into motion, before your brain is in gear.
